In the 4th step, instead of using DEdit or the other tools to create a rez file, you should use RezInject to inject the edited files because DEdit afaik creates Lithtech rez files not Nexon ones...

This is the tool that I was using too. However, one problem was that there was a size limitation, so I couldn't decrypt large files.
