There is really nothing that we can do if you dont have computer permission to update java. =| Thats just an issue you have to take up with your parentals.

Make sure your hosts file isnt edited first of all. And try playing the browser version instead of using the WoM client.

Eclipse is nice, but unless you are going to be doing some serious coding with it, Notepad+ would be a much smaller and easier to use app.
