Is there a way to only get the dlc content and skins? without getting all perks and the bloodweb open? I saw another comment like this one where someone said "dont load getall and bloodweb, only market". Tried that but it didnt work, still got all perks, except now on killers i couldn't put all 4 perks on them and the bloodweb wouldn't open. Is it possible?

The issue is with earlier versions of the program including perks in the MarketNoSavefile.json
