I've seen some posts, articles and vídeos about overwatch in vertigo boosts and gamebans by griefing is that True?

Hi folks! We're currently making improvements to VACnet and so you might see more guilty, more innocent or more unusual cases during reviews today. If you do have time to contribute to overwatch you and your fellow players will benefit tremendously.
Thanks for helping make your community what you want it to be.
Edit: I've had a bunch of questions for how to rule on boosting service games (for example where only one person is moving and the other team is afk in spawn or spinning and just waits to be killed).
If you believe that boosting is a net negative to the community, then in the short term I would suggest ruling these as griefing. If they also appear to be using move assistance, then that category is also acceptable. And if they appear to be using an aimbot, that's also a fine category.
We will discuss internally about making changes to OW to make it clearer what to do for these cases.
