Account Banned but...

Hi to all MPGH members.

Please read and do not worry about the length ahahaha.

Two months ago I used the hack "AVA Shop Unlocker" by ccman32 on a newly created AVA account.
As a result I was banned on all enmasse profiles as by enmasse rules.
I know I was banned because I made a ticket and they answere me.
Now I do not complain of being banned because I knew what I was doing and the possible consequences.
I'm just sorry I was a well-known player with an inventory worth over +300 euro, and with lots of hours of play.

I tried to find a way to bypass the ban.
I have a friend of AVA that said he had the same ban with "User Authentication Failure" and he has solved it by changing the MAC Address of his Netgear router. Now he can play with the same account on which he had been banned.
I could not verify if it works because unfortunately I do not have the administrator powers for my router, and I need an Admin account so I can change the Mac Address. Otherwise you have to change routers.

The fact is that I can no longer log on either in En Masse's site or even in the launcher of A.V.A. from my PC and my home connection...
But if I try to log on from my phone (with an internet subscription) or at a friend's home on EnMasse's site, everything works.
I can create posts on the forum, edit account info, and everything. If I go to see the "Acount Settings" :

AVA Account
Type : A.v.A.
Status : Active

What does it mean? If I can log in with another connection it means that the account is not banned, but only blocked. Or at least that's what I deduce from all this.

What do you think? It seems to me to be an IP / Router MAC Address ban. .

Next week I have to factory reset my PC And see if maybe something unlocks ahaha.

it is IP / Router MAC Address ban if you change your home network provider you can play again its not account ban youre lucky one

easy to bypass ... you just need change IP and you mac Address!!!
download IObit Uninstaller and uninstall AVA from u pc

1.to change you MAC use TMAC v6
2. use vpn to change you Ip

Yeah, this is the first time I've seen a company ban you based on IP/MAC address and not the Account. Anyways, that's a positive for us, so I guess take advantage of it while it lasts..
