AFK'ing. Mission Impossible or a futuristic possibility? Tell me now!

hey all, I hope you can help me on this problem I got! I'm not really mpghísh but I tried my best adjustin ma ritin style too le MPGH normalitics.

Here is the situation:
I found a Competitive Skyblock server. This competitive skyblock server is awesome and I started playing on it but then I figured something out! The way to win is grinders and I got a really good grinder now which is one of the best of the server, but I'm losing now because I can't AFK alot, but others afk all day and night! There are IRL cash prizes, so I'm getting competitive on this one..

Here is the problem:
I'm not able to AFK, but others are. This gives them such a massive advantage that I got no chance to win this...

Ofcourse there is a reward. If your solution works and helps me win this, you will get a certain percentage of my prize. The top 10 islands of the server gets prizes and it lasts from 15th of February till 15th of March. Therefore this is still on time and I got plenty of time to catch up with yar AFK tactics. I hope you can help me! You will be rewarded!
