Symbols allowed in character names?

Hey, I've been noticing a lot of low rank players recently using things like ',.' in their names and am wondering if this is now allowed?

These people WERE NOT using the name change hack and some had accented characters.

No it isn't allowed. But for a few accounts i made a wile ago i could (when AVA was at IJJI, i don't know how.. I wasn't a hack user back then..). So maybe it's just a bug for some people?

Oh, well I'm trying to find a way to use < and >. Maybe there's a way through using a memory editor..?

Already PM'd him if there's a way to remove guns using memory editors and no reply. Seems like the spammers got him ignoring every PM.

i have heard that there was 2 way,

1. was very old time as @GlowingStone said
2. was name changer (item that was on IJJI and was avalaible for 2 days on aeria) i have got told that you can put the name you want with the char you want.

also you mean name changer right ? (for add the ''>'' ''<'') or you mean another thing.

and if by remove gun you mean do like gun add for the item's that cannot be sold then maybe it could work, if this is what you mean tell me i will try it.

Nice info man! Yeah that's what he ment, to be able to delete items that can't be sold. And for the name he ment to change his name in a name with "<" or ">".

for the name then name changer would do the job
and for sell the item that cannot be sold, if it work the price of them will be 0 euro, i will try it later and come back with answer

Yeah that's not a problem, what he want is to delete unnecessary items like when you have 7 anacondas or 5 cherrys

Name edit... Some people change their names ingame temporarily...(namechange hack)
Or back when A.V.A was in IJJI
Ever since aeria took over you could no longer put symbols in your name...

back hen in ijji times you were allowed to use these special letters in your name like < or >.
these low levels that have these in their names have maybe a very old account that they havent used for a long time
i got an account with a < and a >.
