Was it installed on your computer? If so it might not have been completely deleted but also it might be a glitch so just delete it again.

I see what you mean I would have to say reformat your computer and if you can't do that simply create a new account on your computer and reinstall CF and it should be fixed.
the problem is that you probably have a background program running that is getting caught by xtrap.

Delete all your Cross Fire Folders , Empty The Recycle Bin , Uninstall.
Turn off Anti Virus , Re Download and Re install.

Maybe you downloaded something without knowing it has any hack or w/e?
Yes you might be aware of those background programs but that doesn't mean that you don't have some that you are un aware of that is running privately in the background.
Scan your computer, then make sure your protection is off.
Try delete all the other hacks on your computer too.
Hmm, did you changed any configuration of your computer/internet on the day is stopped?
