    How To Maximize my FPS.

    Hey Guys i was just wondering if you guys could help me out. Whenever i play combat arms i'm a bit laggy i have around a 50-70 fps in quarantine overdose (usually the lower numbers) but if i run record a video at like 30 fraps the lag is unbearable to the extent that i cant even play . Below is a ss of a windows performance check. Also my internet speed isnt that great. An approximate 31 ping 6.1 download speed and a 5.62 upload speed. Please help me to optimize my system. Thanks!!!
