Have offsets changed since VAC was re enabled?

Hey guys,

I posted a few years back when 1.2.211 launched
(https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1033450) asking for offsets for a wallhack. These worked great (credit to LillilateX). I have since found returning to the game that the hacks are no longer working. I have also tried a few other open source wallhacks and they aren't working either, they inject fine into the game but just don't show the esp. My question is, has something happened to the game that has either changed the offsets or is now preventing hacks from working? (I am banned but using PatchIWNet to play)

The offsets I am making use of are:

# define CLIENTINFO 0x8EB2C8
# define CG_T 0x7F49BC
# define CGS_T 0x7F0CF8

# define ISINGAME 0x7F48C8

The game was patched in may.

I understand that VAC was turned back on but what exactly was patched? Is it just a case of changed offsets or is any form of modding / hacking now completely impossible?
