UCE Creation Programs? Which were who?

I get the basics of CEing and i get the idea of Bypasses, unbannin ma hardware etc. and i wanna give something back to our Community .

As in.. is ther a link 4 a walkthrough how to/ or where i can get a program that edits CE 5.3's PB Detected strings?
