Everyone knows that the model 1887 was the best secondary in the game, that is until it got patched now we've got a shitty piece of crap. But you asked for it.....

One of the fixes of Patch 1.07 was to severely reduce the range of Akimbo 1887s, as many players in the online community complained that having the Akimbo attachment on, coupled with the fact the gun could one hit kill at far greater ranges than any other shotgun, made getting kills with it far too easy. When used without Akimbo its range is still the same as it was before Patch 1.07. When used with Akimbo, the range is about the same as that of the Ranger. Thats why i would highly recommend using this with fmj it is slow but reliable shoots a very long distance (non-akimbo) and i think its just a matter of time before people start using it and more people start complaining, geez i hate whiners. I quiet like the way you can shoot the model its like a BANG, shout abuse, BANG, shout abuse.... well thats at least how i do it. In conjunction with the ak-47 fmj it is a good (if used correctly) shotgun. Not the nerfed slow gay gun that everyone thinks it is.

Me too, back then was Model 1887 + Akimbo + FMJ, now it's G18.
I wonder what will be after G18.

After my first 2 hours of gameplay on MW2 last month
I had the PP-2000 on every class.
It was that good
until I unlocked the Raffica
My pp-2000 has everything unlocked but it's dead.
so imo, for people who are good at semi autos: Raffica.

I use PP2000 a lot, but it won't become very common because you need some skill to use it, so it is too hard for noobs!
