To racers its not really about the money. They love racing as if it was a lifestyle. The sport is actually interesting and takes a lot of skill. knowing the right time to make the move and how to not allow anybody to pass and shit. I hope you assholes die doing something you love and you get made fun of for it.

That is what you should do but Wolf is right. These people do get caught up in the whole sport and just love to do it. I have heard some stories of where people backed out of racing, football, baseball, whatever and regretted it their whole life. Some people just love their job and just can't be talked into leaving it
