hey guys i know i post it here wrong section but idk where else to posted it

so i register for operation7 then they
send me a Authentication Key so i copy and paste to the thingy and is said Authentication Key incorrect why is that?



and i try to copy the code on paper and then i type it in and it said said Authentication Key incorrect



So can someone friendly enough to answer my post
