He wants people who MAKE hacks to play with him, he doesn't want kids who download free hacks and play with him to increase his chance of OW. I am currently learning to make hacks and after this, i'm taking my knowledge of making hacks to make money. I am not going to make hacks to spend it on some bullshit game because when you have this knowledge, you are probably going to take advantage of this. (EVERYONE loves hacks, why not make a quick buck?)
