Getting perm specs from hisek keys are just pure luck. I could spend 10$ and get one, or spend 500$ and get none.

and i just noticed.. viper isnt a merc. LOLOL.

Someone on the Combat Arms forum... That's 1 person out of 4 million. You could spend $1000 on keys and you still probably wont get one.

Viper is a specialist. To buy it perm. with NX it would cost over $1000.


For $30. it is worth every penny.
