How to remove keyloggers on your computer?

I recently downloaded something (pretty dumb of me) and i noticed my Runescape account got hacked and pretty much all my stuff got stolen. Is there a program to remove keyloggers on your computer i can download?

First of all install a Firewall so you're safe next time, then continue by downloading 'CCleaner' / 'Spybot S&D' and let either of them perform a scan.
If you feel not safe at all, you could download 'ComboFix' aswell, which eliminates all threats.

    First.
    What hack did you download.
    Second.
    Use MalwareBytes.

The best thing to do is to just start off fresh. Backup any important files, web browser bookmarks, IM logs, etc; into an external drive.
Format your PC, reinstall your OS, then download an Anti Virus, I recommend ESET's Nod32 (I can get you a list of serials after you download the trial). Download MalwareBytes, install and shit, Then from there, make sure your AV's up and protecting you, plugin your external drive, scan it with both your AV and MalwareBytes and if it's then transfer your files

I suggest you start all over without backing up anything. The chances are the key logger put a virus on a file you will backup and he will continue to key log your stuff even when you format
