I've sent in several tickets concerning fully legitimate problems and never once got a response! I also know several people whos accounts had been hacked, and also no response whatsoever....

Also, so far as I've seen, nexons attitude towards botting is pretty lax....if you aren't obvious about it, its not too likely anything will happen (possible...not likely, but still possible) Don't advertise yourself and nexon's attitude toward your actions will be far less negative! Nevertheless you agreed to their rules so this is a possibility for all of us! Risk of the game.
