    Egg.Crack keeps trying the same accounts

    When I start eggcrack (with enough working proxies and 256 threads) it works fine, but after a while some accounts/threads mess up, and keep being tried.
    most accounts will be cracked (or not) within 1-25 tries but these glitched accounts/threads have ~800 requests. Having 256 threads and 50-120 glitched up slows the cracking down alot.
