Is there a higher level of graphics?

Is it possible to use the console to set your graphics at a higher level than whats available through the options? I only ask because I know TF2 has a command that can make graphics go 5 levels beyond whats available in the options.. I also ask because the Evie in this Mabinogi Heroes event page just seems to be far more crisp than what I've seen from this game. Maybe shes photo shopped, or her prettiness and shininess is tricking my eyes, who knows.

I probably shouldn't assume that because there's more than one game that uses the source engine that they are going to have similar commands, but oh well, I wanted to ask this question for a while, and I did.

The images they use for events and such are usually separate high resolution renders, likely done with 3d rendering software. They don't use the game engine for that. They usually also have much higher resolution textures and higher polygon models for those renders. Many other games use the same trick.
