Railgun / Races won Trainer

So I was wondering if someone would be able to make or find out how to get your self the railgun without all that character transfer nonsense. Possible using the tunables editor. Also if you could maybe make it so that you give you self X ammount of won races to unlock all car upgrades. Or something along the lines of that. Would be very nice and some of the trainers and modifications people made here are amazing so why not step up to the challenge of this? Cheers.

Use the trainer and add all weapons you can have railgun in singleplayer for ever and in multiplayer for one session. i think the races are serversided so it might be impossible just get a friend and trade races with him.

Even if races are serversided if you use the Speed Hack of CE you can still act as 1st Place and win every game even if in the ACTUAL game you are 6th.
If from your client the server gets told you are 1st you get the same reward as the 1st.

Technically I can use the tunable editor to grant me any vehicle upgrade, but I don't have the time right now to sort through the ID's again. Go take a look at the dump and work your way from there.

You can get the railgun online just not perminatly
