    NA i don't think its fake,, after some reaserch i found out that ICE is actually seizing some website (82+ so far)
    But what they do is they block the main page on the website and leave the rest as it was.
    Like:
    alterIWnet • Portal
    and
    alterIWnet • Index page
    or
    This domain name has been seized by ICE - Homeland Security Investigations
    and
    Torrent Search :: Torrent Finder :: Torrent Search Engine

    Alteriwnet is not on that list of 82 websites, and you just had Maxdamage say it was a joke. ICE is going after music sharing sites primarily, and trying to shut down torrent trackers.
