I mean webmd is not really the best source to reference but its still decent. If your family tree has lot of fatties than you will be more prone to be a fattie. It can be controlled but there are so many other variables that go into it, other than just eating healthy and working out. I don't want to write an essay on this topic tho. Just read the website. So now you know why I am fat.
