[Suggestion] User Groups

Basically the idea is that members can purchase usergroups and have userbars and all

Ideas for features of usergroup
- Private Section for group
- Userbars AKA tags?
- Unique groups for moderators / special ranks

Basically to stop too many usergroups, they could either be bought, won in giveaways or given to selected members.

Hope this can be implemented.

Basically a limit would be placed for eg. maximum 10 groups /5 groups. So not all rich fags will get a group :3

vBulletin is built in with "Groups" so nothing special needs to be done there.

User titles and tags can be requested when the users reach the right amount of posts, or "purchase" them by simply donating. Then they can change the items whenever they want.

Private sections won't be added, but with vBulletin discussions and images and such can be posted within the group.
