It's as easy as forgetting about the d3d9.dll file.
Don't put it in your CA folder.

Small post but at least it's the RIGHT way.
You can delete the d3d9.dll file, it's useless.

Also check your Menuconfig.ini for "Window Mode"
Change it from 1.0
to 0.0

- Virtual Jump ( Ctrl + Q )
- No Spread
