Would you move out/run away from home?
Like if you had $100,000 for some random reason?

If I were at the legal age of being able to own a license I would.
I'd buy a car, rent an apartment at ~300 a week that is near a city.
Buy some basic furniture 'cause I'd be living by myself.
Two TV's costing around like ~1K each in living room and your own room.
Sound system for it.
Gonna buy crockery, plates, bowls, cutlery and necessities.
Would have at least 60k left.
Would get internet and stuff.
Get a part time job somewhere.
In Australia some places would pay you double on weekends/holidays if you're a teen.
I had a friend that worked at Woolworths that is like a supermarket that earned 20+/hour on weekends.
Even if the pay isn't that high at least some parts of your 60k would help you out with bills.
And as I get older that mean more job opportunities if I manage to pass stuff at school + get a degree.
And build everything up from there like get a normal house if I'm planning to move in with someone or whatever.

Perhaps not 100K. I think I'would need at least 300K to comfortably move out. Put a nice 40% deposit, get a good low interest home loan, rent out 2 rooms to some friends to help pay off the house. Then if we all have day jobs we can live quite comfortably. Roughly a couple g per quarter for bills. I'm looking at around 20K at least for food. As long as the household income is above 100K/year after tax it would be well worth it.
