Got this message on my main.. anyone know if it's a perma ban or if I still have a chance to get it back?
There wasn't any bots on it, and I haven't even loaded any hacks on the account for the past few days :/

I've never seen nor even heard of that message. But if i had to guess. I would say it's a temp ban.

Sounds like a temp ban FOR NOW. Someone probably reported you for something, if it was hacks without proof, they probably temp ban you while they do their evaluation. If someone reported you for something like foul language, harassment, etc. then your account will be fine after your temp ban is lifted.

I would just check back every other day in case its only a 3 day ban. Don't think you would be banned for a week unless it was VERY serious offense.

Just an update:
They did indeed refund all the NX I bought to my credit card; and said that the ban was due to using "hacks to gain advantage" but they were "showing leniency" to my account.. To reinstate it I have to buy back the NX they refunded, then they will deduct it from my account :/
