Well I'm not sure this will help with your fear of heights. I mean, it could, or couldn't.

Seeing the ground from 1000+ meters is actually nothing like seeing it from a couple meters.

However, practicing it regularly will get rid of it forever

"The natural fear of falling (not to be confused with acrophobia which is an irrational fear of height or vertigo the symptom of acrophobia) has posture control as one of it's reason. People with bad balances tend to be afraid of height as they kind of believe they will "slip". Such people rely heavily on visual cues so railings and barriers can be a huge relief for them.
Tall people and especially men (broad shoulders and tiny hips are not the best for balance) have a higher centre of gravity. Combine that with some posture problems, it's not surprising that they have the exaggerated fear of falling."

I'm not saying I have bad posture, I'm normal, but I am afraid I will slip and fell. Taller people do tend to have fear of heights rather than shorter people.

That's the fun, jumping out of a plane (helicopter is actually way harder) that's flying well, and trust me, IT IS fun
