A game should not need DLC automatically off release. IMO a game shouldn't need DLC ever. You saying this game needs DLC and it just came out helped me come to the decision not to buy it. Thanks.

You shouldn't go off the opinion of 1 person meng.
I sort of agree with you to an extent. DLCs shouldn't be necessary from launch day. That's why I HATE anything "season pass". The publishers essentially cut a 1/4th of the (completed) game. And split that quarter into another quarter. And sell's each "quarter" content for X amount of money. And DLC should be something the devs thought of and developed after release. Even something the community asked for. But I'm just a lousey consumer

I was more or less just making a statement. I'm not buying the game because it doesn't have enough appeal for me to spend $60 on. Much less more money on DLC.
