1. I have the right to cancel your order at any given time, or refuse your services. If I need to cancel your order, a refund will be made for your payment. Which is the only circumstance to a refund. Meaning, all payments are final.
2. I claim all designs, and you may not claim them as your own.
3. Project files have to purchased separately, they do not come with a package or design you order.
4. If you do not give me notice, of something you need changed within 2 days of your purchase, I’m not obligated to change it for you.
5. Paypal payments must be sent as Friends and Family.
6. Transactions that are paid with other currencies, must be converted to the full price of USD, if not I will not accept the payment.
7. The T.O.S are subject to change at anytime, without notice.
