Hello konflict sorry I was sleeping so I could not respond, Im using the hack on widnows 7 so I cannot confirm it works on xp but it should do. Sometimes the hotkeys can be alittle buggy trying pressing them a few times, also trying running your game in windowed mode and clicking on the on options you want with your mouse. Also make sure you don't have an AV blocking the trainer try turning off your AV or allowing the trainer.
