[Release] Trainer-Ammo/Blocks/Jump

So I made a trainer for the lazy folk, and for myself because it's more convenient then opening CE everytime.

Works better then freezing addresses anyways.

One thing, I'm rusty on my CE been years, so my disable code is wrong , so don't try to disable the hacks or you will crash.

Numpad 7 = Unlim Ammo.
Numpad 8 = Unlim Blocks.
Numpad 9 = Super Jump (keep jumping as much as you want).

[I have found out today that on SOME servers unlim blocks will not work. Ammo/jump should work on all]
