How to change your ip without a program

I wanted to show you guys how to change you IP's the easy way with downloading any program this good if you don't trust those programs pulse its easy!!!

WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS
--------------------------

1) Click Start
2) Run
3) Type in "cmd"
4) Type in "ipconfig/release" and press enter
5) Close the command by pressing [X] or type "exit"
6) Go to "Start"
7) "Control Panel"
8) "Network Connections"
9) Right click on "Local Area Connection" and select 'Properties'.
10) Double click "TCP/IP"
11) Choose 'Use the following IP address' and type 12121212 until you reach the end.
12) For the subnet mask just click on it once and it should appear
13) Press "OK"
14) "OK" Again
15) Repeat steps 9/10
16) Choose "Obtain an IP Address Automatically"
17) Repeat steps 13/14

Once you get the hang of this, you can narrow down the amount of time you waste to about 15 seconds.
