So can I get banned for using hacks on Zombies Singleplayer or Multiplayer? Mostly Singleplayer?
You can't get banned from singleplayer.
As far as i know, there isn't AC in SP
actually it is possible. i saw a quake 3 hack floating around a while back that involved two pc's. one would be used to play the game on, and the other would be used to capture the other pc's screen and apply esp and other stuff to it. kinda like teamviewer, but you couldn't control it. but what you would do is just play off the other screen. its a long shot but it is possible. if i can find a link to the cheat ill show you proof.

I think TreyarchAntiCheat is screenshotting the game like PunkBuster , that they can see the ESP Boxes or other D3D Hacks ,..
I am banned using Cheat Engine in the zombie mode with multiple online players.
During what circumstances? Did you change any values in the memory? If so, what?
EDIT: From what I understand, cheat engine is real easy to detect if AC chooses to look for it specifically.
EDIT #2: Does anyone know if simply using it to scan and read read (non private - which - I admit - I'm not entirely read-up on the meaning of) memory regions without actually changing anything is known to trigger VAC/TAC?

-TAC is active in Custom Games too.
-It takes screenshots of your game, but also of TopMost windows(e.g. External menus).
You also shouldnt minimize bo2 and then go to MPGH or other sites that make activision think you're a hacker.
-TAC checks clientsided dvars.
-On Twitter there are pcdev and pcdev_assist
People can report you there with your steam profile links, these to guys check your theatre demos etc.
