/overide and /removeride Nilly's command plz!

Hey guys, so does anyone think they can make code to replicate the /overide command from nilly's? My skype is the8bitnightmare . Here is the description of the commands :

/removeoverride Removes a Staff override on your account. Most players will never need to use this.
/overide {NAME} Gives control of the indicated player's account, until /removeoverride is entered.
