Not admin on my own pc?(windows8)

Hey, so everytime when i try to download any csgo cheat, it says i do not have rights to open things(Open as Admin doesnt work)

so it seems that i am not Admin of my own pc? any help?

you are administrator but you must change acces laws in account settings

Possible you could be being ratted or hacked too... If you made an account with a password, the default is that you are an administrator, unless you're sharing a PC. If nothing works, I would factory reset my computer if I were you asap. Hope you fixed it

its not a problem. its 100% not ratted. why rat changed administrator rights? no sense here. if someone rated him hacker would not change ad rights.
