Why is there a racetrack in my hangar?

Anyone bought the Fort Zancudo hangar and there is a racetrack inside of it? Not one that’s purposely mean to be there, it’s like glitched inside, it means I can’t get in my planes and I keep getting glitched under the map! I’ve tried like changing lobbies and closing GTA down but nothing works...

Very odd that it doesn't dissapear after rejoining a new session, however I had this problem with another friend of me, when I spawned a ramp in-game and later we looked for a new session, which magically was the same session.
