I CAN'T LOGIN ON AQW. (HELP!)

I tried using different bots and I get stuck on Authenticating Account Info I tried clearing my cache but it doesn't work, is anyone also experiencing this?
EDIT: I can't login when using bot, but I can login using web browser.

If you cleaned the pc cache, delete and download again Grimoire https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1340281
Or do what Kekke-San said

1. Launch Grimoire 3.8
2. Right click somewhere in the window. And choose "Global Settings"
3. In the first tab "Storage", click on "Local storage settings by site..."
4. Remove aqw related sites (aqworldscdn.aq.com, www.aq.com)
5. Restart grimoire, and login again with the right username/password

Just re-download the latest Bots.
There's been a new "feature" in the web page that makes the old programs useless but it's fixed now.

The best one right now is the one in the Grimoire Sticky thread.

Thanks but Grimoire doesn't work for me I don't know why I got stucked on the loading screen where in it should load but mine doesn't load.

You need to redownload Grimoire as said before.
There was an update a couple days ago (but it's still called 3.8)

If you still have the problem after that, clear the cache as Zenexis quoted before.
And make sure you type your username/password correctly.
