No Cheat Engine won't work I just tried stopping BEService with Process Hacker then got disconnected for Battleye not running.

You can use the LagSwitch, or just get a PBO file and hide it.

u need a script executer with at least script restriction killer and then find an ud script to spawn the money with

Some of the methods I have come across involving throttling packets/temp disconnecting Ethernet have been patched; though I am sure there a newer methods.
