What i was planning to do with this is just hold the btc while account is being transferred and then transfer btc once account is successfully delivered.

If so then just make it clear that any issues with the account will most likely be at the buyers liability as after the trade it'll be very difficult to prove anything in the case of a account recovery etc

The account is flagged by GM. So it won't get support from GM for account recovery. Once the info got change. I can't do anything. I can proof it, if any MM want to see.

could you elaborate a bit further maybe? i am not very into that game so it means if the account has been sold and the info has been changed theres no way for the seller to change it back right?

yep. It won't get any support regarding account recovery.
