I have a set of stretches/exercise I do daily (standing toe touches, pushups, etc) and one I particular enjoy is, for lack of a proper name, a lower back stretch involving crossing one leg over the other. Something like the below images, but with the right hand placed on the inside of the right thig, for some extra rotation.

I enjoy this stretch because I find that the lower back is where I feel the most impact/pressure when working on the computer for extended periods and this stretch does wonder at targeting this area. Hope this helps!
