OK i found out how to play usa its tested and runs,I havent run hacks yet i will try now and post results here.

To play CA EU from EU etc. u must download proxifier , than find working proxy up to 150 ms , than paste it to proxifier: click options -> proxy settings.U will get new window.Klick add.Fill the addres and port , than select SOCKS 5.Remember that , when u looking for proxy , it must be SOCKS 5 proxy.Than klick ok , and again ok.Run CA US and all should be ok.If u are getting erros like connection ended etc. look for better proxy.Have fun!

To chceck proxy ping , click Start -> Run.Write : ping "your adress ".For example:
ping 126.24.54.43 .Remember that , when u want to check adress , cut it from :8800 , thats a port.Example:
U found adress:127.23.53.13:9832.
U must cut it from port:127.23.53.13
Than click Start -> Run.Write : ping 127.23.53.13
