What I am requesting is to be given a changelog of sorts of all the past purchases on my account. I expect a company of this caliber to keep records of these, and if you cannot provide me with even this, I will be extremely dissatisfied with the service of your company.
Also, around two months ago, there was a server rollback I believe; My previous GP balance on the account was roughly 400,000 GP. The next day, I had lost about 30,000 GP, bringing me down to around 370,000 GP.
As to my account information, I have never and will never give it out to any individual, family or otherwise.
I do not download any "NX Generators" or visit any game-hacking sites of the sort, so I believe I have not been keylogged.
Had I been keylogged, I believe the offender would have also sold back my permanent NX Assault Rifle: M416 CQB for more GP.
Only my GP was lost, and as such, the only explanation I can possibly come up with is a server rollback, or someone somehow managed to plant a keylogger on my computer, which I highly doubt; I am an IT specialist, and I do maintenance on my computer regularly.
If I do not receive what I requested, ( a changelog of past purchases, both GP and NX) I will be severely dissatisfied with your company.
The issue of even having this problem, with a company of Nexon's size and affluence is also irksome.
I understand that the company is run by humans, and humans make mistakes, but as an institution that appeases the masses with media and entertainment, I would expect said company to be able to cater to the needs of their customers in albeit a much better manner.
I expect a response Primum Quam Primum, or as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time.
