In the hospital bed, PI tells 2 different stories of his journey. What does the stories show of Pi's psychological perspective?
Also, what is Martel's perspective on finding identity?

Lol I had to read that book as well for my eleventh grade summer reading. I know a lot of the allusions are to Christianity, such as Noah's Ark, God, the Bible. Garden of Eden is another. The Lion, Richard Parker, is named after a character in one of Edgar Allen Poe's novels.
