LOL scammers? Are you fucking kidding me? If anything, YOU'RE the scammer. I spent 4 dollars, of course it's not much but it's still money. I got to use the key for a day before it was fucking in use.

Look around for an ArmA 2 OA hex key changer, or look up a tutorial on how to do it manually in the registry.
