Can someone help me compile a mod with:

A FAL with FMJ (with a magazine of 5)
C4
Health of 39 (like isnipe)
Killstreaks of UAV CounterUAV and EMP
scope in time of 0.3 Seconds
A wait time of 1.5 seconds before they can shoot again

*if possible* An Intervention sounding shot.
