Looks a lot better than your last signature.
But you still have lots to go.

The text doesn't looks so hot. Go check dafon*****m for better fonts.
Also, a small tip. Even though it doesn't seem like much, adding some curves to your image can actually make
10 times better. But overall it looks better than your previous works.

EDIT: Look at what just adding some curves does to your signature.
All I did was add curves to your layer.

Not exactly sure what you mean by curves, but I do like what you did to it, the font was just there as a placer until i bettered myself in font, since that's usually the last thing people get good at. I effed up and deleted the PSD though

The "Curves" option should be there on Photoshop. Look on the right under Adjustments.
The little icon should look like a graph with a line going in a diagonal upward direction.

Clearly improved and the one AceLeaf made is even better. Comparing both I think you should make elements like the text and c4d look more distant, more transparent and making the render's face stick out more.

Yeah the text really wasn't a serious placement, I know that text is something that gets learned later on and c an end up RUINING a picture iff you try whilst your bad at it, so I just placed it there for now, and I tried to make the c4d look more distat and the face more eye-drawing, but it ended up looking awkward and cluttered... and i couldnt figure out how to fix it...

Yeah, just keep messing around with it until you find something you like.
Also, just look at tutorials on the site or online. But I pretty sure you are.

I've said to you already, Aceleaf too, and I'll tell you again: Go find tutorials. One learns a lot from those.

    Nice work for a beginner.

Critique: You need some work on the flow of your foreground to background. I feel that the image is too flat because of this. Instead of layering an image on top of another one without transition, try blurring some objects behind the person. This will create a nice focal point on him.

Try to improve on complementing your colors together. Sure, red and black compliment each other, but only if used correctly. If one object is black while the other is red, it creates too much of a contrast and is not pleasant to the eye.
