You need to find a Quest that rewards you whatever it takes to base merge with then you just follow the merge shop on up to the item you want.

The Perfect Fast Defender medals SWF thing works fine, just use the Quest ID that rewards you what you need to get 100x of.

..... I'm saying that new SWF someone on here personally made then I put it in my new release, that SWF will work fine for you >_> just use the Quest ID that contains the reward you want.

The one I use for this is Quest 145, 0 as the item (the one you're waiting for), and 907 (The Item Number).

I didn't understand EVERY word you guys said, but Defender Medals have nothing to do with REALLY Special Dragon Chows.

But trying to solve your problem, I give you some info and SWF now:

Name: REALLY Special Dragon Chow
Item ID: 907
Quest ID: 250, 164, 193, 263, 264

Some of the info above could be false, but I know that 263 WORKED before, but I think it requires DA...
some other REALLY Special Dragon Chow quests do not require DA, but they are often Titan Fights and that doesn't matter.

So I recommend you to use Quest Reward Cycler (Google or you maybe have it already on your computer)
or use Advanced Reward Rusher (which is still unstable, but works 100% correctly).
