I get this error randomly, in a small screen

Is it because im activating too much cheats?

and sometimes me and other players glitch and weapons disappear and we can't pick up weapons or shoot. Killing themselves sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. And paping your weapon takes your gun but sometimes you can't pick it back up. Fix please?
I don't really mind the weapon disappearing but the error occuring is really annoying because it closes my black ops and i have to reopen then few minutes after activating some cheats, it occurs. I think the error only occurs when playing in public matchs, but when i make a private match and invite people, the error doesn't occur.

Also, when i end the game in private matches, it crashes my black ops. It's not that bad, but it's annoying because i have to start another private match and re-invite everyone.
