(FIFA PC) Does anyone know about this ?

Hi MPGH members,
As I am new here, but not for gaming but I need to know what is this ? And how can it be done on PC ? Because there few players out there in Fifa 13 Fifa 14 and now may be in Fifa 15, who knows the trick. The trick is simple whenever they are loosing or scored a goal they automatically disconnect me from Fifa Online and then this message appear what I am about to show you.
